From San Francisco International Airport/Southwest of Emeryville

  • Take Highway 101 North to Interstate-80 East. Cross the Bay Bridge and stay to the left
  • Take Interstate-80 East toward Berkeley/Sacramento
  • Take the first exit off Interstate-80 East at Powell Street
  • Turn left onto Powell Street, drive under the freeway and get into the 2nd lane from the right which curves onto Frontage Road
  • Take first left at the light (note there is no street sign)
  • Take first left into 2100 Powell Street parking entrance

From Oakland International Airport/South of Emeryville

  • Follow Airport Drive to Hegenberger Road
  • Turn right onto Hegenberger Road, stay in the far right lane
  • On the right-hand side, merge onto 880 North towards Downtown Oakland
  • Take the Interstate-980 East/CA-24 Walnut Creek exit
  • Take the Interstate-580 San Francisco/Hayward ramp on the right hand side
  • Veer to the left onto Interstate-580 West towards San Francisco
  • Get into the right hand lanes to take Interstate-580 West/Interstate-80 East towards Berkeley/Sacramento
  • Take the first exit off Interstate-80 East at Powell Street
  • Turn left onto Powell Street, drive under the freeway and get into the 2nd lane from the right which curves onto Frontage Road
  • Take first left at the light (note there is no street sign)
  • Take first left into 2100 Powell Street parking entrance

If You Missed the Powell Street Exit:

    • Take the Ashby - Highway 13/Shellmound Street Exit and veer right onto Shellmound Street Exit
    • Turn right onto Shellmound Street
    • Turn right onto Shellmound WAY, stay in right lane
    • Turn left onto Christie Street, get into right lane immediately
    • Take first right onto Powell Street
    • Drive under the freeway and get into 2nd lane from right (curves to the right onto Frontage Road)
    • Take first left at the light (note there is no street sign)
    • Take first left into 2100 Powell Street parking entrance

From San Francisco / West of Emeryville

  • Take Interstate-80 East across the Bay Bridge and stay to the left
  • Take Interstate-80 East toward Berkeley/Sacramento
  • Take the first exit off Interstate-80 East at Powell Street
  • Turn left onto Powell Street, drive under the freeway and get into the 2nd lane from the right which curves onto Frontage Road
  • Take first left at the light (note there is no street sign)
  • Take first left into 2100 Powell Street parking entrance

From Sacramento/North of Emeryville

  • Take Interstate-80 West toward San Francisco
  • Take the Powell Street exit
  • At the light, go straight through intersection (keep to the right of 2100 Powell Street, also known as Watergate Office Tower IV)
  • Take the first left into the 2100 Powell Street parking entrance

From Walnut Creek area / East of Emeryville

  • Take Highway 24 West toward Oakland/San Francisco
  • After leaving the Caldecott Tunnel, stay in the right lanes
  • Take San Francisco/Hayward/Interstate-580 West Exit
  • Take Interstate-580 West - Berkeley/Interstate-80 East - Sacramento Exit. Stay in right lane
  • Take first exit off Interstate-80 East at Powell Street
  • Turn left onto Powell Street, drive under the freeway and get into the 2nd lane from the right which curves onto Frontage Road
  • Take first left at the light (note there is no street sign)
  • Take first left into 2100 Powell Street parking entrance
